Your tasks
- Advice and support for the specialist departments in all customs, import and export issues in international goods traffic
Ensuring compliance in the entire customs area - Ensuring process-optimized procurement, storage and sales processes through the selection or combination of suitable customs procedures
- Administrative processing of all incoming goods including outgoing goods and returns with the internal and external areas involved in the process
- Commercial and technical clarification of details for customer inquiries
- Creation and tracking of offers
Support and advice for our customers and sales partners - Pre-planning and calculation of customer projects in close coordination with development and project management
- Processing of customer orders and sales-related support for project management
- Creation of shipping documents and packaging activities
- Safe handling of forwarding and export papers
- Incoming goods inspection including stock booking
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial training, specialist and/or business economist an advantage
- Professional experience in foreign trade and/or internal sales
- Basic technical understanding and the willingness to develop further
- Ideally basic knowledge of international trade, Incoterms, customs and taxes
- Safe handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & CRM / ERP user knowledge
- Fluent German and English skills (spoken and written)
- Efficient, independent way of working combined with a high level of initiative
- High flexibility and willingness to change as well as excellent team and cooperation skills
