Your tasks
- Project planning, project organization, project management of internal and external projects both in the area of process development (cold gas spraying technology) and in the area of product development (plant and mechanical engineering)
- Coordination of the development and implementation of technical solution proposals in close cooperation with the various departments
- Clarification of technical questions with customers, suppliers, service providers and internal departments
- Creation and management of project lists and management of action plans
- Deadline, performance and cost control of the various projects
Planning, moderation and documentation of project meetings - Interface between the different departments, moderator in case of conflicts
- Regular cross-divisional reporting
Your profile
- Completed technical studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or completed training as a technician in mechanical engineering
- Ideally experience as a project manager of projects, knowledge of using the tools and methods of project management and knowledge of problem-solving methods, structured and solution-oriented approach, interview and moderation techniques and knowledge of methods
- Commercial and technical understanding as well as quality-conscious thinking and acting
- Independent and confident way of working
- Ability to inspire people, initiate and accompany changes
- Very good knowledge of English and excellent communication skills
