Support and advice for our customers and sales partners - Pre-planning and calculation of customer projects in close coordination with development and project management
- Processing of customer orders and sales-related support for project management
- Written and telephone customer correspondence
- Master data maintenance CRM/ERP
- Successfully completed commercial training and professional experience in internal sales, specialist and/or business economist an advantage
- Basic technical understanding and the willingness to develop further
Ideally basic knowledge of international trade, Incoterms, customs and taxes - Safe handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & CRM / ERP user knowledge
- Fluent German and English skills (spoken and written)
- Efficient, independent way of working combined with a high level of initiative
- High flexibility and willingness to change as well as excellent team and cooperation skills
