Your tasks
- Supporting the sales team in handling customer inquiries and general organizational tasks
- Preparing quotations, order confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices
- Maintaining and updating the customer database
- Collaborating with internal departments such as R&D, project management, and service to ensure smooth order processing
- Providing technical advice and support to our customers and sales partners
Your profile
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in inside sales, ideally in a technical environment
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- A team player with an independent and structured working style
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems, ideally with experience using CRM tools
- Business fluent in German and English
