Your tasks

Conduct internal and external development activities (application and coating development) in our in-house technical center, including the preparation of customized experimental setups

Offline and online programming of robotic systems in our internal Cold Spray development laboratory

Development of complex coating strategies (robot tool path development) in close collaboration with our R&D department

Commissioning and programming of robotic applications for turnkey solutions (internal spray booths)

Setup, adjustment, and operational handling of Cold Spray coating systems, including all associated peripheral equipment in the in-house development lab

Execution of tests on Cold Spray systems and hardware developments

Documentation of experimental setups and the results obtained

Cleaning and maintenance of system technology and laboratory equipment
Your profile
-
Completed technical vocational training (e.g. mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, process mechanic, or similar); further qualification as a technician or master craftsman is an advantage but not a requirement

Practical experience in a technical environment, ideally in automation, robotics, coating technology, or plant operation – career starters are also welcome

Basic knowledge of offline and online robot programming or a strong willingness to learn in this area

Independent, results-oriented working style combined with strong communication skills and team spirit

Flexibility and a high level of commitment
