- Advice and support for the specialist departments in all customs, import and export issues in international goods traffic
- Regular communication with external partners (e.g. IHK, Federal Statistical Office) as well as coordination with the customs office including the corresponding reporting system
- Ensuring compliance in the entire customs area
- Ensuring process-optimized procurement, storage and sales processes through the selection or combination of suitable customs procedures
- Administrative processing of all incoming goods including outgoing goods and returns with the internal and external areas involved in the process
- Creation of shipping documents including packaging activities
Obtaining and evaluating freight offers - Safe handling of forwarding and export papers
- Incoming goods inspection including stock booking
- Full-time or part-time employment possible
- Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on foreign trade, specialist and/or business administration an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in customs, export control or logistics
- Safe handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & CRM / ERP user knowledge
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Efficient, independent way of working coupled with a high level of initiative
- High flexibility and willingness to change as well as excellent team and cooperation skills
