Mixing Chamber Kit

The Mixing Chamber Kit is designed for simultaneous or parallel operation of two Impact Powder Feeders connected to the Impact Gun 5/8 & Impact Gun 5/11.
The device has similar benefits like the Y - Piece Kit (10106.00.0.00) but additionally ensures proper mixing of two different powders before being injected into a de Laval nozzle. Especially when powders of different specific weight and / or apparent density will be used, the Mixing Chamber Kit is an advanced tool.
It is designed to be operated at maximum gas pressure and temperature.

Y - Piece Kit

The Y - Piece Kit is designed for simultaneous or parallel operation of two Impact Powder Feeders connect to the Impact Gun 5/8 & Impact Gun 5/11.
The device has a lot of characteristics and is perfect for the serial production. To refill the Impact Powder Feeder, it is not necessary to shut down the system. Another advantage is that you can double the feed rate when two Powder Feeders are adapted to the system. It is also possible to spray one powder and switch to another, during the operation of the system.

Powder Swap Container

The Powder Swap Container is an excellent option to increase the production rate of your cold spray process. The container can be filled easily and exchanged quickly during the process without switching off the system completely. Cleaning during operation of the cold spray system is also possible and offers multi-material solutions.

Central Injector Kit

The Central Injector Kit is a versatile adaption kit for the Impact Innovations Cold Spray Gun in order to ensure flexible and centric powder injection in the convergent section of a de Laval Nozzle.
The device is designed to be adapted to the Impact Gun 5/8 and Impact Gun 5/11 and to be operated at maximum gas pressure and gas temperature.
Centric powder injection is required for those powder materials, which are either sensitive to temperature or are being used at fine particle size distribution.

Prechamber Extension Kit

The Prechamber Extension Kit is specially designed for the Impact Innovations Cold Spray Gun in order to extend the distance between location of powder injection and throat of the de Laval Nozzle. Therefore, it directly influences the dwell time of the spray powder in the convergent section of the de Laval Nozzle.
The device can be adapted to both, the Impact Gun 5/8 and Impact Gun 5/11 and to the Central Injector Kit. It is designed to be operated at maximum gas pressure and temperature.

The Injector - OUT1 is an universal nozzle for all kind of powders. This Injector can be used with water, air or no cooling. It can be adapted to the Central Injector Kit and the Prechamber Extension Kit. The Injector - OUT1 fits to both Impact Guns.
The WC nozzle has a high wear resistance and can be used for very hard materials.
The SiC nozzle has a low roughness on the inside of the nozzle and therefor doesn’t clog that easily.

ID Coating Device

The ID Coating Device is a versatile adaption kit for internal diameter cold spray coating applications. The device is designed to be adapted to the Impact Gun 5/11 and to be operated at maximum gas pressure and temperature.
Intelligent design guarantees intensive cooling of the spray head and the de Laval nozzle, in order to ensure long hardware life and economical operation of the process. Water cooling is integrated in the ID Coating Device.
Internal diameter applications of cold spray coatings are used in aerospace, IGT, automotive and general engineering applications.

Cooled Powder Injector

The Cooled Powder Injector is an assembly part for the Central Injector Kit. It is connected to the Central Injector Kit and cools the injector tube with compressed air.
This is useful for soft materials, which tend to stick to the injector.
This assembly can be customized to individual length.

Scott Volumeter Kit

The Scott Volumeter Kit is designed to determine apparent density of the different powders as per DIN ISO 3923. Due to the different apparent density small deviations in particle size and structure can be detected.
The results of the measurements help to find out the powder feed rates, and the material application rates.
The Scott Volumeter Kit is stored in a suitcase that also includes:

Hall Flowmeter Kit

The Hall Flowmeter Kit (DIN EN ISO 4490) can ascertain the flowability of a powder quickly and precisely by determining the mobility of the powder particles in relation to each other. The measured value is expressed by the time required for 50 grams of metal powder to flow through a calibrated funnel.

Gas Supply Control Panel

The Gas Supply Control Panel is a device which connects any gas supply system with the Impact Control Unit. This assembly is dedicated to regulating the max. inlet pressure of 200 bars easily. It has a two-stage pressure regulation which includes two pressure regulators, ensuring stable process conditions. The outlet pressure can be regulated between 0-70 bar.
With the Gas Supply Control Panel, no compressed air is necessary. The Impact Spray System can work with the nitrogen instead.
It is designed to be operated at maximum gas pressure.
