Your tasks
- Execution of internal and external development work (application and coating development) in our in-house technical center, including preparation of customized test setups
- Offline and online programming of robot systems in our internal Cold Spray development laboratory
- Development of complex coating strategies (“robot tool path development”) in close collaboration with our R&D department
- Commissioning and programming of robotic applications for turnkey solutions (internal spray booths)
- Setup and operation of the Cold Spray system, including all peripheral equipment, in the in-house development laboratory
- Execution of tests on Cold Spray systems and hardware developments
- Documentation of the complete test setup and the insights gained from it
- Cleaning and maintenance of system technology and laboratory equipment
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in a technical field, ideally with further qualification as a technician/master craftsman or a comparable degree
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in coating technology, e.g., thermal spraying
- Experience in robot programming is an advantage
- Independent and results-oriented working style, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
- Flexibility and resilience
- Very good command of English
