Your tasks
- Coordinate and manage national and international projects in the fields of process development (Cold Spray technology) as well as plant and mechanical engineering.
- Act as the central interface between R&D, engineering, production, and other cross-functional departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Support successful project execution through active monitoring of schedules, budgets, and quality targets.
- Plan, facilitate, and document project meetings, while tracking agreed actions to completion.
- Communicate project progress and key developments transparently to all relevant stakeholders.
Your profile
- Completed advanced technical qualification (State-Certified Technician) or a degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
- Several years of experience in technical project management, ideally in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, or product/process development
- Structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong hands-on mentality with a passion for actively driving technical projects
- High level of resilience and excellent organizational skills, even in complex project environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
