Your tasks
- Commissioning and service support for our systems – both in-house and at customer sites nationally and internationally
- Conducting customer training sessions to ensure optimal use of our systems
- Independent execution of service, maintenance, and repair work in-house or directly at customer sites
- Providing telephone and written support for our customers
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification
- Independent, structured, and meticulous way of working
- Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for developing solutions
- High level of problem-solving skills
- Very good English skills and strong communication abilities
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (approx. 25%), without extended stays abroad
- Valid Class B driver’s license
