To support this growth, we are looking for an additional International Sales Manager to join our Sales team. We are seeking someone who is excited to work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment with a strong focus on innovation, international business, and cutting-edge technology.
Your tasks
- Analysis and development of new markets and segments
- Active participation in the definition of sales strategies and action plans
- Identification, acquisition, and long-term strategic development of new customers – in Germany, across Europe, and globally
- Responsibility for the entire sales funnel, from initial customer approach, quotation preparation, and order acquisition to handling customer inquiries, conducting sales meetings, and negotiating commercial terms and conditions
- International presence, both at relevant trade fairs and directly at customer sites
Your profile
- Completed degree in engineering, business, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in value selling of (niche) technologies/systems to international industrial accounts, ideally with a focus on:
- Metallic coating technologies
- Additive Manufacturing
- Wear part repair and maintenance
- Understanding of customers, their challenges, and their processes within one of our target industries
- Strong communication skills, willingness to travel, and confident appearance in an international environment (including business-fluent German and English language skills)
- Goal-oriented and self-reliant way of working
