Your tasks
Online Marketing & Website
• Responsibility for the website (structure, content, and continuous development)
• Management and further development of SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AI-based visibility strategies
• Analysis of performance data and derivation and implementation of concrete optimization measures
Content & Communication
• Planning, creation, and execution of content for:
o LinkedIn
o Newsletters (internal & external)
o Product and application stories
• Translating complex technical content into clear, audience-oriented communication
• Coordination and execution of PR activities, press releases, and external communication initiatives
Interface Function
• Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders:
o Sales & Service (content, messaging, campaign support)
o Research & Development as well as Engineering (preparation of technical content)
o External service providers (e.g., design, web development)
Your profile
• Completed vocational training or a degree in marketing, communications, media, or a comparable field
• Professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally in an industrial or technology environment
• Experience in creating content for digital channels (e.g. LinkedIn, website, newsletters)
• Confident handling of digital communication channels (e.g. CMS, LinkedIn, basic SEO knowledge, web analytics)
• Ability to translate complex technical content into clear, audience-oriented communication
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style with a high level of initiative
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Nice to have (not mandatory):
• Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. InDesign, Photoshop), Canva, or comparable design tools
• Basic knowledge of content or web analytics tools, as well as initial experience in simple video editing (e.g. Wondershare Filmora or similar)
• Initial exposure to PR or corporate communications is an advantage
