Your tasks
• Planning and organization of international trade fairs and internal events, including annual and budget planning
• Responsibility for trade fair appearances (booth organization, logistics, setup, exhibits, customs handling)
• Coordination with booth builders, event organizers, and international partners
• Interface with Sales and support of international sales partners
• Support for local events and customer appointments
• Material and inventory management for marketing and trade fair materials, including reordering
• Operational event execution (checklists, timelines, preparation and follow-up)
• Sales support in the back office, as well as coordination of shipments
Your profile
• Completed commercial training or a degree (e.g. in business administration or event management) or a comparable qualification
• Initial experience in event management, trade fairs, or in an organizational role
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• Strong organizational skills and enjoyment in coordinating various tasks and partners
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team, especially in collaboration with Sales and external service providers
• Good German and English skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally
