Your tasks
- Build new and nurture existing customer relationships in international markets
- Develop key accounts in defined target industries
- Acquire orders and manage international sales partners
- Identify new customer needs, revenue opportunities, and market trends
- Create action plans for strategic market development aligned with the sales strategy
- Handle inquiries, conduct sales conversations, and negotiate terms and conditions
- Contribute to quotation preparation, pricing, and contract terms
- Conduct customer visits and attend trade shows and conferences
- Help develop suitable go-to-market and sales strategies.
- Maintain the CRM system, including a rolling forecast
Your profile
- Degree in engineering or business (or comparable vocational qualification)
- Professional experience in technical sales, ideally in mechanical engineering or the defense industry
- Sales experience in Asian markets is a plus
- Goal-oriented, self-driven working style
- Strong communication skills, willingness to travel (approx. 20–30%), and confident presence on an international stage
- Business-fluent German and English
