Your tasks
Strategic Marketing & Brand Development
- Further develop the brand positioning of Impact Innovations and support the refinement of the company’s value propositions
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of marketing structures, processes, and communication approaches
- Work closely with management, sales, and internal stakeholders to support the operational execution of the marketing strategy
Digital Marketing & Website Management
- Take responsibility for the maintenance, structure, and continuous development of the company website
- Support the expansion of digital visibility, particularly through SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AI-driven optimization approaches
- Analyze performance data and derive, implement, and monitor measures to improve reach, website traffic, and lead generation
Content Marketing & Communications
- Plan, create, and deliver content across various channels, with a focus on LinkedIn, newsletters, as well as product and application success stories
- Translate complex technical information from engineering and product development into clear, engaging, and audience-focused marketing and communication formats
- Support public relations and corporate communications activities, including press relations and external communications
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management
- Collaborate closely with sales and service teams to develop messaging, campaigns, and sales-supporting content
- Coordinate with R&D and engineering teams to transform technical expertise into effective marketing and communication materials
- Manage and coordinate external service providers (e.g., design agencies, web developers, and marketing partners) to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives
Your profile
- Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a technical or industrial environment
- Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing and communication activities across multiple channels
- Proficient in website management, content creation, and digital marketing tools
- Knowledge of SEO; ideally with initial exposure to GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AI-driven marketing approaches
- Ability to translate complex technical content into clear, engaging, and audience-specific communication
- Experience collaborating with sales teams and technical departments (e.g., R&D, engineering, product development)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate marketing performance and derive actionable optimization measures
- Excellent understanding of brand positioning, target audience engagement, and the customer journey
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style within an interdisciplinary environment
